“First there was no security lock on the door and the air conditioner was very high and there was no way to bring it down . there was a switch with heat, off, and cool that's it. if we put the button off it was to warm in the room and with the air conditioner we were freezing. But the room itself was very clean and the beds we're very comfortable. The receptionist saw that we we're seniors, but she gave us a room on the 3rd floor right at the back, to us it felt like a mile.”

“The pool was not open and the gym was therefore not able to be used either. We only found out about this when we went to go exercise/swim and found it locked. It wasn’t mentioned at check-in (which was about 20 min prior to trying to go to the closed amenity). “The property was very clean and quiet which is great after a very long day travelling. The one thing I did notice is that we had to make a 100 deposit which was supposed to go directly back in our visa. It has been 6 days since we checked out and the visa says it is “pending”. Maybe all travellers should be aware that some hotels do not process it directly after you leave and the room is checked. Besides that it was all good.”

“The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, buffet breakfast was ok. The hotel is pet friendly but only to a point. If you plan on staying at this hotel you must be with your dogs at all times. They cannot be left unsupervised in the room, so if you plan on exploring Fredricton at all, keep in mind you must bring your dogs with you. What’s the point of having a pet friendly policy if you cannot leave them in the room a couple hours if you go out to eat or shop. I could understand if there...
